Specialising in CCTV for Coach & Bus and security solutions for Police and mobile applications, SURE24 is recruiting for a Permanent full time CCTV Service Engineer based in North East. This is a great opportunity to join a small, experienced, friendly team who are committed to providing an invaluable service to their customers.
The role is based from home on a shift pattern with a company vehicle. All tools, equipment and clothing provided as well as a training and continual improvement program. Service jobs will be allocated via a central Helpdesk and managed locally by a Service Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
• Qualified Auto Electrician or equivalent
• Experience of CCTV, Telecoms or I.T. systems
• Experience of Wi-Fi principles and networking
• Experience in a field service role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal and professional development
• Full UK driving license
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Service of CCTV equipment on public service vehicles
• Installation and commissioning of CCTV equipment
• Shift pattern 4 on 4 off, flexible / unsociable hours
• Technical support as part of the field team
